What is the order cutoff time for next-day delivery?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Monday through Thursday are eligible for next-day delivery. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.
Do you offer international shipping for perishable goods?
Currently, we only ship within the mainland UK to ensure that our food products arrive in the freshest possible condition and meet safety standards.
What should I do if my items arrive damaged or thawed?
Please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the items. We will provide a full refund or send a replacement immediately.
